At Thermomix USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our return conditions.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Item

Securely place your Thermomix and all included accessories into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
